Design Lightbox Structure

Firstly, it is necessary to design the size and shape of the lightbox according to the usage scenario and requirements. Common shapes of lightboxes include square, circular, and irregular, and the size can be customized according to actual needs. When designing, it is necessary to consider the load-bearing capacity, wind resistance, and installation method of the lightbox.

Material Selection

The frame of a lightbox is usually made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel because it is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The panel can be made of acrylic board, PC board or glass, with good transparency and durability. Internal light sources usually use LED light strips or tubes, which are energy-saving and have high brightness.

Create a Lightbox Frame

Cut materials, weld or assemble frames according to the design drawings. Aluminum alloy frames are usually assembled by welding to ensure structural stability. The surface of the frame can be treated with electrostatic powder coating to enhance weather resistance and aesthetics.

Install Light Source

Installation Panel

Fix acrylic or other transparent panels onto the frame to ensure sealing and prevent rainwater or dust from entering. The panel can be installed externally or embedded, depending on the design requirements.

Testing And Installation

After completion of production, conduct overall testing to ensure uniform brightness and stable power supply of the lightbox. Finally, install according to the actual scenario and fix firmly.
