The shape and size of the fiberglass product can be made using wooden or gypsum molds. It is best to make the model slightly larger to allow for shrinkage of the fiberglass.

Brush release agent on the model to facilitate the removal of fiberglass products from the model.

Mix resin (such as E-44 epoxy resin) with curing agent (such as T31 or new cashew shell curing agent) and diluent (such as ethylenediamine) in a certain proportion and stir evenly.

Use a scraper or brush to apply the prepared resin mixture onto the model, paying attention to even brushing, crossing, and avoiding stacking or sagging.

Lay the cut glass cloth or other reinforcement material on the model coated with resin mixture, then use a scraper or brush to force the resin into the glass cloth, expel bubbles, and wait for the resin to penetrate the reinforcement material before laying the second layer of reinforcement material. Repeat this process until the required design layer is reached.

Remove the product from the model and perform trimming, including surface leveling, smoothness, bubbles, etc.
